Tustin and Kennedy are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2021, but likely not for long. The Tillers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Fighting Irish at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

While losing is never fun, Kennedy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 595th, while Laguna Hills are ranked 197th).

Tustin's loss dropped their record down to 3-12-1. As for Kennedy, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7-3.

Tustin beat Kennedy by a goal in their previous meeting back in February of 2025, winning 1-0. Do the Tillers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Fighting Irish turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
