Soccer Recap: St. Paul Comes Up Short

St. Paul was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Muir Mustangs, falling 7-0.

St. Paul's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Muir, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Paul will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on St. Bernard at 5:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Muir, they will be home for the holidays to greet Blair at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Muir's defense has only allowed 0.3 goals per game this season, so Blair's offense will have their work cut out for them.
