Softball Recap: St. Dominic Comes Up Short

After flying high against St. Joseph's Academy on Thursday, St. Dominic came back down to earth. The Crusaders fell just short of the Parkway Central Colts by a score of 5-3 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Crusaders have suffered since September 26, 2024.

St. Dominic's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Parkway Central, their win ended an eight-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-1.

Looking ahead, St. Dominic will take on Windsor at 12:45 p.m. on Saturday. As for Parkway Central, they will head out to take on Howell Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
