Soccer Game Preview: Linden vs. East Union

After a short break, it's finally time for some more action. The Linden Lions will take on the East Union Lancers at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.

It was a proper cat-fight when Linden took on Waterford two weeks ago. Linden never let Waterford onto the board and left with a 3-0 win. That's two games straight that the Lions have won by exactly three goals.

Meanwhile, neither East Union nor Mountain House could gain the upper hand two weeks ago so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Linden has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 4-4-1 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those five contests. With that draw, East Union's record moves to 5-5-2.
