After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Springfield, Clay was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Ross Little Giants by a score of 4-2. The high-scoring effort was just what Clay needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

Clay has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-7-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those four contests. As for Ross, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7-4.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Clay will challenge rival Bowling Green at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Ross is set to face off against their familiar foe Southview at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
