St. Martin's Episcopal barely beat Metairie Park Country Day the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Saints were the clear victors by a 9-3 margin over the Cajuns on Wednesday. Considering the Saints have won eight contests by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

St. Martin's Episcopal moved to 13-12 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Metairie Park Country Day, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-18.

Looking ahead, St. Martin's Episcopal will be playing in front of their home fans against Archbishop Shaw at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Metairie Park Country Day, they will challenge Northlake Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
