St. Bernard had won two straight games and CJ Figas did her part to make it three on Tuesday. The Crusaders came out on top against the Santa Fe Chiefs by a score of 43-36 with plenty of help from Figas, who posted 14 points in addition to eight rebounds and five steals. She has been hot recently, having posted eight or more boards the last three times she's played.

Several Chiefs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Roxy Beltran, who had 12 points along with five rebounds and five steals. Isabella Gonzalez was another key player, putting up nine points.

St. Bernard's win bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Santa Fe, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-10.

St. Bernard's has already played their next game, a 55-45 victory against Ferndale on the 9th. As for Santa Fe, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 46-35 win against Whittier on the 7th.
