Soccer Game Preview: Kings vs. Harrison

The Kings Knights will head out on the road to face off against the Harrison Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Kings is headed into the match having not lost since September 4 and will look to keep things rolling. They and Turpin finished up their matchup with a 0-0 draw on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Harrison kept a clean sheet against Talawanda on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 win over the Brave. The victory continues a trend for Harrison in their matchups with Talawanda: they've now won seven in a row.

Harrison's one-goal win came courtesy of Logan Wagner, who's now up to eight this season.

Harrison's win bumped their record up to 9-3-4. Kings' draw makes their record 8-2-4 this season.

Kings took their victory against Harrison when the teams last played back in October of 2021 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Wildcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
