Softball Recap: Asher Now 9-2 over Last 11 Games

Asher's rock-solid pitchers showed up for the team's third consecutive shutout on Thursday. They never let the Maud Tigers get on the board and left with a 12-0 win. The Indians might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 contests by six runs or more this season.

Asher has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-8 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.3 runs over those games. As for Maud, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-21.

As of now, neither Asher nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
