Fairbury's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for North Bend Central, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-3.

Fairbury has already played their next matchup, a 9-8 victory against Centennial on the 25th. As for North Bend Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 7-4 loss against Yutan-Mead on the 26th.
