Baseball Recap: Northside Comes Up Short

Northside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 13-0 to the Thomas County Central Yellow Jackets. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 11-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2025.

Northside's defeat dropped their record down to 11-13. As for Thomas County Central, they pushed their record up to 20-5 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.

While Northside had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
