Soccer Recap: Englewood Stem Victorious

Englewood Stem saw some tournament action on Thursday. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was the Panthers who were credited with the victory. The Englewood Stem Panthers got it done in the shootout by posting three goals to the Farragut Admirals's two. Englewood Stem's winning goal came courtesy of Robert Benners Corro.

Englewood Stem's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Farragut, they now have a losing record of 1-2-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Englewood Stem will challenge Chicago Military Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Farragut, they will face off against Gage Park at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
