Clarion Area skates past Allegheny-Clarion Valley with ease

The Clarion Area Bobcats scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They breezed by Allegheny-Clarion Valley on the road to the tune of 57-19. That looming 57-19 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Clarion Area yet this season.
Among those leading the charge was Sophie Babington, who scored 24 points. Those 24 points set a new season-high mark for her. Another player making a difference was Taylor Alston, who scored 14 points.
The win got Clarion Area back to even at 2-2. As for Allegheny-Clarion Valley, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-1.
Clarion Area will head out on the road to face off against Moniteau at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Moniteau presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Clarion Area in Pennsylvania (Moniteau is ranked 122nd, while Clarion Area is ranked 282nd).
