Soccer Recap: Rosemead Comes Up Short

Rosemead lost against Marshall back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Rosemead Panthers came up short against the Marshall Eagles, falling 9-1. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 1033rd, while the Eagles are ranked 487th).

This is the second loss in a row for Rosemead and nudges their season record down to 2-7-2. As for Marshall, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1-3.

Rosemead didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-2 draw against Arroyo on the 23rd. As for Marshall, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Mountain View on the 25th.
