Volleyball Recap: North Olmsted Eagles vs. Highland Hornets
After flying high against Max S. Hayes last Thursday, North Olmsted came back down to earth. The North Olmsted Eagles came up short against the Highland Hornets on Tuesday, falling 3-0.
The final score came out to 25-12, 25-12, 25-13.
Highland was led to victory by Ava Andrews and Ashley Shefferly. Andrews had nine digs, while Shefferly had ten digs, three kills, and 33 assists. Shefferly is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 12 or more in the last 48 games she's played dating back to last season.
North Olmsted's loss dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Highland, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-4.
