While Palmer Ridge's victory against Lamar wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bears sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 win over the Thunder on Saturday. The victory continues a trend for the Bears in their matchups with the Thunder: they've now won three in a row.

Palmer Ridge's win bumped their record up to 10-2. As for Lamar, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-6.

Coming up, Palmer Ridge will face off against Lewis-Palmer at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Bears are facing the Rangers at the right time seeing as the Rangers are stuck on a nine-game losing streak. As for Lamar, they have already played their next game, a 5-2 loss against Pueblo Central on the 13th.
