Basketball Recap: Live Oak Takes a Loss

Live Oak was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 59-34 to the Oroville Tigers.

Live Oak's loss dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Oroville, their win bumped their record up to 7-13.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Live Oak Lions face off against the Corning Cardinals at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Live Oak is facing Corning at the right time seeing as Corning is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. Oroville has already played their next matchup, a 69-47 defeat against Faith Christian on the 24th.
