Soccer Recap: Valencia Takes a Loss

Valencia and Portola squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Valencia had to settle for second. They came up short against the Portola Bulldogs, falling 5-2. The contest was a 2-2 toss-up at halftime, but the Vikings couldn't quite close it out.

Valencia's loss dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Portola, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-1.

As of now, neither Valencia nor Portola have any future games scheduled.
