Troy's found some homefield redemption this week after a overtime loss to Republic County on Friday. The Trojans claimed a resounding 46-0 victory over the McLouth Bulldogs. For the Trojans, this counts as revenge for the 28-12 win the Bulldogs walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

The victory got Troy back to even at 1-1. As for McLouth, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Troy is set to challenge their familiar foe Pleasant Ridge on Friday. Meanwhile, McLouth will take on rival Riverside [Wathena/Elwood] on Friday.
