Basketball Recap: Bernstein Comes Up Short

If Bernstein was riding high fresh off their 62-20 takedown of Belmont on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bernstein Dragons received a blow on Saturday as they fell 54-36 to the Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica Seawolves.

Despite the loss, Bernstein still got an impressive performance from Katherine Rojas, who posted 14 points.

Bernstein's loss dropped their record down to 10-16. As for Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 5-8 record this season.

Bernstein has already played their next match (against Contreras), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica will be playing at home against Yeshiva University of Los Angeles (YULA) on Tuesday.
