McGill-Toolen had already won nine in a row and they went ahead and made it ten on Saturday. They came out on top against the Archbishop Hannan Hawks by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Yellowjackets, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The victory didn't come easy: Archbishop Hannan scored at least 18 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-19.

McGill-Toolen's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Bella Smith, who had eight digs.

McGill-Toolen's victory bumped their record up to 16-2. As for Archbishop Hannan, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. McGill-Toolen will challenge Bayside Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Archbishop Hannan, they will face off against Northshore at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
