Softball Recap: Bowdon Comes Up Short

Bowdon fell victim to Haralson County and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They fell just short of the Rebels by a score of 1-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Red Devils in their meetings with the Rebels: they've now lost three in a row.

Bowdon's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Haralson County, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-4.

Bowdon wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 7-6 victory against Cedartown on the 23rd. As for Haralson County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Trion at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
