Basketball Recap: Tracy Extends Winning Streak to Four

Tracy waltzed into their match on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Kimball Jaguars by a score of 43-32. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Jaguars on January 7th, they had to take a 38-36 loss.

Several Jaguars players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Matalie Floyd, who posted four points along with 15 boards and eight blocks. Floyd is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last four games she's played. Emaan Khaliqik was another key player, putting up five points and 11 rebounds.

Tracy's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-9. As for Kimball, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-6.

Tracy has already played their next contest (against Mt. Eden), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Kimball will head out on the road to face off against Lincoln at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
