Football Recap: Mohawk Area Takes a Loss + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Mohawk Area can now relate to. They were dealt a 42-7 defeat at the hands of the Seton LaSalle Rebels on Friday. The Warriors were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-0.

Despite the loss, Mohawk Area still got an impressive performance from Joe Nail, who picked up 84 receiving yards and one score.

Mohawk Area moved to 6-6 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak. As for Seton LaSalle, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 10-1.

Mohawk Area does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Seton LaSalle, they will square off against Washington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Prexies' defense has only allowed 9.3 points per game this season, so the Rebels' offense will have their work cut out for them.
