Linganore has gone 6-1 against Frederick recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Lancers will venture away from home to face off against the Cadets at 6:30 p.m. Linganore knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 31 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Frederick likes a good challenge.

Linganore's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They breezed past Walkersville to the tune of 35-0. The Lancers haven't had any issues with the Lions recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Frederick gave up the first points on Friday, but they didn't give up any more after. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Middletown, sneaking past 17-14. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Linganore better keep an eye on Miles Robinson. He was instrumental in Frederick's win, throwing for 300 yards and one touchdown while completing 73.2% of his passes, and also punching in one TD on the ground. A healthy portion of Robinson's aerial production (155 yards to be exact) went to Paul Huff.

The win got Frederick back to even at 2-2. As for Linganore, their record now sits at 4-0.

Everything came up roses for Linganore against Frederick in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 49-14 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Lancers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
