Softball Recap: Whitefish Comes Up Short

Libby hit Whitefish with a ten-run fifth inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Bulldogs came up short against the Loggers, falling 16-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Loggers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-0 last Thursday.

Whitefish saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Elyse Sharpnack, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Whitefish's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Libby, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

As of now, neither Whitefish nor the Loggers have any future games scheduled.
