Softball Recap: Durant Comes Up Short

Durant was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 7-2 to the Lindsay Leopards. The Lions were not able to make up for their loss to the Leopards from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Durant's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Lindsay, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

Durant has already played their next game (against Ardmore), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Lindsay, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 7-3 win against Tishomingo on the 8th.
