Soccer Recap: Flint Hill Comes Up Short

Flint Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Springdale Prep Lions. That's two games in a row now that Flint Hill have lost by just one goal.

Flint Hill's loss dropped their record down to 1-6-1. As for Springdale Prep, the win keeps them at an undefeated 9-0-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Flint Hill will venture away from home to square off against Sidwell Friends at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Springdale Prep, they will head out to challenge Musselman at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
