Soccer Recap: Hill Comes Up Short

Hill was the 4-3 winner over Mt. Pleasant when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Falcons fell just short of the Cardinals by a score of 1-0 on Friday.

Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7-3. As for Mt. Pleasant, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-8-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Hill will face off against rival Del Mar at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Mt. Pleasant is set to take on their familiar foe Overfelt at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
