Soccer Recap: Chesterton's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

After low-scoring totals in their previous three matchup, Chesterton brought some dynamite into their most recent contest. They never let the Portage Indians get on the board and left with an 8-0 win on Wednesday. It was an even better day for Zarek Sierazy as he scored three goals for his team.

With the victory, Chesterton broke their five-match losing streak and moved their record to 7-8-1. As for Portage, their loss dropped their record down to 5-10-1.

Looking ahead, Chesterton will face off against Valparaiso at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Portage does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
