Springdale Prep proved they can win big last Thursday (they won by ten) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a goal and slipped past the Flint Hill Huskies 2-1. Winning may never get old, but Springdale Prep sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Federico Poetto and Abraham Muggaga scored both of Springdale Prep's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 13 goals.

Springdale Prep's victory bumped their record up to 9-0-1. As for Flint Hill, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Springdale Prep will face off against Musselman at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Flint Hill, they will challenge Sidwell Friends at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
