Basketball Recap: Glendale Drops Highest Score of Season Against Curwensville

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Glendale). They blew past the Curwensville Golden Tide 58-32 on Thursday. With the Vikings ahead 37-15 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Leading Glendale to victory were Madison Peterson and Brielle Mcmillen. Peterson went 8 of 14 en route to 21 points and five rebounds, while Mcmillen went 9 of 14 on her way to 23 points and five rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Peterson has scored at least a third of Glendale's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Gabby Leiden, who posted six points.
