Basketball Recap: Summit Shasta Comes Up Short

Summit Shasta was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 47-31 to the Carlmont Scots.

Summit Shasta now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Carlmont, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Summit Shasta and El Camino will compete for holiday cheer at 1:30 p.m. on December 21st. As for Carlmont, they will take on Justin-Siena in a tournament on Thursday. Justin-Siena will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Carlmont surely won't give up without a fight.
