Basketball Game Preview: Berkeley Yellowjackets vs. San Lorenzo Grizzlies

Berkeley is on a three-game streak of home losses, San Lorenzo a six-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck will change on Friday. The Berkeley Yellowjackets will host the San Lorenzo Grizzlies at 5:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Wednesday, Berkeley was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 32-31 to Hayward.

San Lorenzo played against Irvington and lost via forfeit.

Berkeley's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for San Lorenzo, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.

Everything came up roses for Berkeley against San Lorenzo when the teams last played back in February of 2016, as the squad secured a 57-24 win. Will Berkeley repeat their success, or does San Lorenzo have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
