Ironwood lost against Centennial on Thursday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Eagles took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Coyotes. The Eagles' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

When it comes to explaining why Ironwood lost, don't look at Malie Soza. Despite the final result, she had 18 digs. Soza has been hot recently, having posted 14 or more digs the last four times she's played.
