Creekview had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They never let the River Ridge Knights get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory. The one-run effort marked the Grizzlies' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Creekview's win bumped their record up to 11-1. As for River Ridge, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Creekview will head out to square off against South Forsyth at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for River Ridge, they will venture away from home to challenge North Forsyth at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
