Soccer Recap: Rogers Takes a Loss

Rogers managed to keep up with Lima Senior until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Rams came up short against the Spartans, falling 6-1. Rogers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Their goal came courtesy of Mitson Williams, who's now up to seven this season.

Rogers' defeat dropped their record down to 2-5-1. As for Lima Senior, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 10-2.

Coincidentally, Rogers and Lima Senior will both be playing Waite the next time they take the pitch. The Rams will head out to face the Indians at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Spartans will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
