Soccer Recap: Shadow Hills' Victory on Wednesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

It may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but Shadow Hills ultimately got the result they hoped for on Wednesday. They beat the Palm Desert Aztecs by a goal, winning 2-1. Given the Knights' advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 293rd, while the Aztecs are ranked 688th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Raelyn Seacrist and Samantha Cruz scored both of Shadow Hills' goals, bringing their combined season tally to 21 goals.
