Basketball Recap: Stone Ridge Christian Picks Up Third Straight Win on the Road

Stone Ridge Christian had won two straight road games and Bella Ewing did her part to make it three on Thursday. The Stone Ridge Christian Knights put the hurt on the Waterford Wildcats with a sharp 49-25 win thanks in part to Ewing, who posted 28 points. The match was her 14th in a row with at least ten points.

Stone Ridge Christian now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Waterford, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.

Stone Ridge Christian will head out to face off against Gustine at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Waterford, they will be playing at home against Mariposa County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mariposa County will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Waterford surely won't give up without a fight.
