Blanchet Catholic had already won eight in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.8 runs) and they went ahead and made it nine on Friday. They put the hurt on the Willamina Bulldogs with a sharp 18-0 win. The Cavaliers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 games by seven runs or more this season.

Blanchet Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 20-5. As for Willamina, they are on a 22-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-21.
