Basketball Game Preview: Shenandoah Valley Blue Devils vs. Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Red Raiders

Shenandoah Valley is 1-9 against Our Lady of Lourdes Regional since January of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Blue Devils will host the Red Raiders at 6:00 p.m. The matchup will give Shenandoah Valley their first taste of in-conference action this season.

On Wednesday, Shenandoah Valley came up short against Line Mountain and fell 28-18.

Meanwhile, Our Lady of Lourdes Regional took their game on Wednesday with ease, bagging a 60-14 win over Sullivan County. The Red Raiders haven't had any issues with the Griffins recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Our Lady of Lourdes Regional's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Shenandoah Valley, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Shenandoah Valley was dealt a bruising 52-16 loss at the hands of Our Lady of Lourdes Regional when the teams last played back in January. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of the Red Raiders' Vivian Reiprish, who went 7-for-10 from beyond the arc on her way to 21 points and seven rebounds.
