Baseball Recap: Florence Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Florence took on Crandon on Tuesday. The Bobcats fell just short of the Cardinals by a score of 5-3. The Bobcats haven't had much luck with the Cardinals recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Florence's loss dropped their record down to 12-6. As for Crandon, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 13-4.

Looking ahead, Florence will square off against White Lake at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Crandon, they will head out to challenge Tomahawk at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The last three games the Hatchets have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
