Mary Persons got themselves on the board against Crawford County on Wednesday, but Crawford County never followed suit. They walked away with a 4-0 victory over the Eagles. The win was nothing new for the Bulldogs as they're now sitting on five straight.

Mary Persons' victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-13. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 9.3 runs. As for Crawford County, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-7.

Coming up, Mary Persons will venture away from home to challenge Veterans at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Crawford County, they will welcome Chattahoochee County at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a 20-game losing streak.
