Mt. Vernon kept a clean sheet against Independence on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 6-0 margin over Independence. Mt. Vernon might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by four goals or more this season.

Mt. Vernon has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-5-3 record this season.
