Elida and Riverdale are an even 1-1-4 against one another since August of 2019, but likely not for long. The Bulldogs will welcome the Falcons at 6:45 p.m. on Monday.

Elida is headed into Monday's match following a draw, the team's first since August 23. Neither they nor Wapakoneta could gain the upper hand on Thursday so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Meanwhile, Riverdale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 8-0 to Liberty-Benton. While losing is never fun, Riverdale can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 465th, while Liberty-Benton are ranked 52nd).

With that draw, Elida's record moves to 3-7-3. As for Riverdale, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-12.
