Bishop O'Connell won the last time they faced Bishop Ireton and Nick Morris did his part to make sure it happened again. The Knights snuck past the Cardinals with a 33-28 victory on Saturday with plenty of help from Morris, who rushed for 156 yards and one TD while picking up 9.2 yards per carry. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 80-yard run.

Bishop O'Connell didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Kian Kaboli and Joshua Taliaferro. Bishop O'Connell got some further help from Jayden Campbell: he made 11 total tackles (4.0 for loss).

The win snapped Bishop O'Connell's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-5 record. As for Bishop Ireton, their loss was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-5.
