Loving won the last time they faced Jal and Tristen Onsurez did his part to make sure it happened again. The Falcons blew past the Panthers 52-27 on Friday thanks in part to Onsurez, who threw for 331 yards and four touchdowns, and also rushed for 101 yards and one score. Loving is undefeated when Onsurez posts three or more passing touchdowns, but 2-3 otherwise.

Another player making a difference was Brodie Allen, who rushed for 105 yards and a pair of TDs. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, forcing one fumble and making five total tackles (1.0 for loss).

When it comes to explaining why Jal lost, don't look at Zadyn Lujan. Despite the final result, he rushed for 156 yards and three touchdowns.

The victory made it two in a row for Loving and bumps their season record up to 7-3. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 27 points in those games. As for Jal, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.

Loving does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Jal, they will challenge Eunice at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Panthers will need to watch out since the Cardinals have now posted at least 31 points in their last three contests.
