Baseball Game Preview: Eastside Eagles vs. North Oconee Titans

For the second straight game, Eastside will face off against North Oconee. The Eagles will be playing at home against the Titans at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.

Eastside is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering North Oconee just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They lost 9-2 to the Titans.

Eastside saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Chase Jordan, who went 1-for-4 with one stolen base.

The win made it two in a row for North Oconee and bumps their season record up to 21-6. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. As for Eastside, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-17.
