Central Christian has gone 7-2 against Pretty Prairie recently and they'll look to pad the win column further  on Friday. The Cougars will be playing at home against the Bulldogs  at 7:00  p.m. Central Christian knows how to get  points on the board -- the  squad has finished with 31 points or more in their past six contests -- so hopefully Pretty Prairie likes a good challenge.
Pretty Prairie's offense is going to have their work cut out for them  on Friday: Central Christian hadn't allowed a single  point the last four times they've hit the field. The Cougars took their  matchup  on Friday with ease, bagging  a  36-0 victory over Argonia/Attica. Those 36 points were actually the fewest the Cougars have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Central Christian got their  win on the backs of several key players, but it was  Luke Eigsti out in front who rushed for 41 yards and two  scores, and also threw for 219 yards and a pair of  touchdowns while completing 78.9% of his passes. Those  219  passing yards gave  Eigsti a new career-high.  Piercen Huff was another key back, gaining 143 total yards and two touchdowns.
 Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Central Christian proved: they limited Argonia/Attica to a paltry 2.3 yards per carry. The team can thank  Konnor Sullivan for the heroic effort on defense: he. Central Christian's ground attack was stronger, having averaged 5.4.
 Central Christian didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as  Calvin Barnett,  Eigsti,  and  Huff picked up one apiece.
 Meanwhile, Pretty Prairie came up short against  Fairfield on Friday, falling  40-14.
 Central Christian's victory was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 6-0. The  road  wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 53.3 points over those games. As for Pretty Prairie, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.
 Everything came up roses for Central Christian against Pretty Prairie in their previous meeting  back in October of 2024, as the  team secured  a  46-0 victory. Will the Cougars repeat their success,  or do  the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
