Football Recap: Limon's Undefeated Season over After Four Games + How To Watch

If Limon was feeling good fresh off their 45-0 takedown of Bennett last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Badgers fell just short of the Buena Vista Demons by a score of 13-10 on Friday. The Badgers gained 58 more yards on the day, but it was the Demons that made the best use of them.

Brooks Scherrer threw for 57 yards. Drey Tacha was his top target, picking up 46 receiving yards. On the ground, Zac Carr rushed for 48 yards and one TD.

The critical scores for Buena Vista came from Caleb Pierce and Knox Reid.

Having lost for the first time this season, Limon fell to 3-1. As for Buena Vista, their win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Limon will challenge Wiggins at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Badgers' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Buena Vista, they will take on Ellicott at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Demons 12.5, the Thunderhawks 6.5) so any points scored will be well earned.
